I ordered a few Maileg pieces and was a little nervous the colors would be totally different in person, but they were pretty much exactly like the website photos. The soft pink and muted green weren’t too bright, which I really liked. Weirdly, I remember standing by the kitchen counter holding one of them next to a mug to compare the color, and it matched what I expected. It makes me feel a lot better about ordering again since I can actually trust the pictures. Simple thing, but it matters.

At first, my kid was absolutely obsessed with it, which made me so happy because it was such a fun little win. But that excitement faded fast when the seams started coming loose after only a short time. I really wanted to love it, and my kid definitely did, but the quality just didn’t hold up like I hoped.

I had an issue with my order and, for some reason, getting it sorted out was way more difficult than it should’ve been. The replies were really slow, and it felt like nobody was that concerned about fixing it. I still don’t feel great about how everything ended. The items are cute, but the customer service experience makes me not want to order again

I’m usually the first person to complain when an order takes forever, and I complain even more when there are no updates, but this was actually way quicker than I expected. The updates came fast, the order moved along without any hassle, and I didn’t really have anything to complain about, which is rare for me.

I collect these little mice for my office shelf, they’re ridiculously cute. Every time I look over at them, they make me smile. Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived packed really nicely with no issues.

Customer service got back to me really fast and, uh, fixed the issue with my order without any hassle.

I ordered a little Maileg mouse and, the photos were accurate. The colors looked almost the same in person, just maybe a bit softer than they did on my screen. The size matched what I expected from the pictures too. I do wish there had been one more close-up photo, so I can’t quite give it a full 5 stars, but overall there weren’t any real surprises. It’s a 4-star purchase for me.

I really do love the products, which is why the website experience stood out so much. I was trying to browse and compare things, but pages were loading slowly, the filters weren’t very reliable, and every time I looked around I’d end up back at the top of the page. Checkout also felt a little unclear, and I wasn’t totally sure whether my cart had saved. Since the products are this good, I just expected the site to be smoother and easier to use.

The shipping costs are way too high, and it really feels like they’re just passing the blame onto the customer. I was ready to order, but then the delivery fee popped up and completely ruined it. They need to sort that out because it’s frustrating.

The items were cute and perfectly fine once they finally arrived, so I don’t have complaints about the products themselves. But the wait was annoying, and I don’t think I’d order again if I needed something for a gift or by a certain date.

I really do love Maileg toys, and I was excited to order from mailegusa. To be fair, the site itself isn’t bad, and I was able to find a couple of cute items. But a lot of the things I actually wanted, especially the popular mice and accessories, were out of stock. I checked back a few times and nothing really changed, which got frustrating. I get that popular items sell out, but it would be nice if they had clearer updates or restocked more often, especially when people are trying to buy a specific gift

I don’t know, but the stitching just didn’t look right to me. It felt kind of cheaply made, like maybe it was rushed or not checked properly before they sent it out.

It’s definitely cute, I’ll give it that. My kid was excited when we first opened it and played with it for a bit, but then quickly moved on to something else. I thought it might keep them busy longer, and maybe it would for a younger kid, I’m not sure. The look of it is nice, but in our case the interest just didn’t last very long

Not gonna lie, I’m kind of obsessed with these little mice and furniture. They have that sweet old storybook vibe without feeling too fancy or overdone, and they make my shelf look so cozy. I’m really happy I got them.

I’ve ordered a few Maileg items now, and the prices feel reasonable to me. They’re not exactly cheap, but the quality seems good enough that it doesn’t feel overpriced. Shipping was straightforward too, nothing out of the ordinary
